However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or cancellation is required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Instructor-Led Training (ILT):
Refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the course start date.
No refunds will be processed once the course has started or after the participant has accessed the training materials.

Self-Paced Courses:
Due to the digital nature of our self-paced programs, refunds are not applicable once the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
If you encounter technical issues accessing the course, our support team will work promptly to resolve the problem.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to info@gitakshmilabs.com with your enrollment details (name, registered email, course name, and payment proof).
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Registration or administrative fees
• Applicable taxes and transaction charges
• Promotional or discounted course enrollments

Exceptions

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment transactions
• Technical errors during enrollment or payment

In such cases, refunds will be processed promptly, regardless of the general refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while accounting for the preparation and administrative effort invested in delivering our programs.

Course Cancellations

Instructor-Led Training (ILT):

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable administrative fees.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins are not eligible for a refund.

Self-Paced Courses:
Cancellations are only permitted before accessing the course materials. Once accessed, the course is considered consumed, and cancellations will not be accepted.

To cancel your enrollment, please email info@gitakshmilabs.com with your course name, registered email, and payment reference.
Our team will review your request and confirm your cancellation via email within 2–3 business days.
